About Me

Having lived in Arizona for 69 years, I hold this state dear to my heart. Assisting others in discovering their perfect home or property, or in selling their own property in Navajo and Apache Counties has been a joy for me, especially as I've been a full-time resident of the Arizona White Mountains for the past five years.

After retiring from the Postal Service, I pursued a long-held dream and became a licensed real estate agent and Realtor®. I finished my initial training and obtained my license on November 7, 2023. The following day, I joined Dominion Group Properties at their Overgaard, AZ office.

Since then, I have completed 33 hours of continuing education, met my CEU requirements for the 2025 license renewal, completed Fairhaven: A Fair Housing Simulation, finished the online segment of the Accredited Buyer's Representative course, and earned my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation from the National Association of Realtors Center for Realtor® Development. 

In my first year, I have successfully sold six properties from my listings and assisted buyers in securing two perfect homes and two ideal properties. At present, I have twelve properties listed (with two pending) or co-listed with my branch manager, who serves as both my mentor and coach.

In the past, I have worked as a UPS Driver, an Over the Road and Local Truck Driver, a CAD and Survey Technician, and as both a Carrier and a Clerk for the United States Postal Service. For 29 years, driven by passion, I dedicated my free time to assisting horses from various disciplines as an equine massage and bodywork therapist. During my current free time, I take pleasure in horseback riding, gardening, and various arts and crafts.
